A natural cold and cough relief drink for the cold season.
In the winter seasons, many people come across a cold and cough at some point and in this article we reveal a natural remedy that will make you feel relaxed and blissful after you drink it. You can enjoy it at work or home, and it is easy to make. The ingredients used are most likely already in the cupboard or fridge.
Fresh diced ginger cut into small slices then cut again into small rows. Put, as many as you feel necessary. You could also use ginger juice or powder if you have it handy.
Few sprinkles of Tumeric powder or fresh diced turmeric. We use the powder in this recipe to make sure it is prominent in this drink.
Few sprinkles of Ground pepper, it enhances the power of the Turmeric, and it also mixes well with all the other ingredients to bring a diversified spice taste.
1/2 teaspoon Lemon juice or fresh squeezed Lemon.
1 Green tea bag with Matcha
1 teaspoon of Organic Honey
1/4 teaspoon of Coconut oil not only does it bring a fantastic aroma but the oils turn this entire mix into something similar to a soup broth which also soothes your throat.
Feel free to experiment with the portions, the most important thing with this recipe is to use all the ingredients mixed in hot water to receive the cold and cough relief and soothing of a sore throat. It works wonders. Enjoy!
